Sim Settlements 2 For Science! - Ep 18 - Commercial Settlement Start!

We’re continuing our experiment with organic settlement growth. Last time we worked on upgrading our Tenpines Industrial Settlement. I upgraded the industrial plots, as you can see, by means of purchasing wood shipments from vendors.

This week I’m going to show what’s needed to upgrade to Level 3 plots, though we may not pursue those upgrades quite yet. We have enough now we can get another settlement established, and it’s time for a commercial settlement
