Silver Price Will NEVER Do This Again?

I also talk about how there is a natural bottom for silver price and how that bottom is moving higher. I talk about how we may never see silver price go below $16 per oz for a long period of time again. If mining costs continue to rise then the lowest silver price can ever go will continue to rise as well. I am buying more silver and I am very bullish on silver moving forward.
