Forcing People To Conform

You can't force someone to come to your side. To believe what you believe. To think what you think. Like what you like. It doesn't work. More than that, it has the complete opposite effect and makes people more resolute in the side they were initially on. We have lost the nuance in agreeing to disagree. We've forgotten that differences are what make us unique, and not everything is black is white.
