How to Make Banana Bread and Seal it in Mason Jars! | 2023 Prepping

Canned Banana Bread
Pint jars
4 cups of banana
4 eggs beaten
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
sterilize your lids and rim
Sterilize jars in oven @200 for 45 min
Preheat oven to 350
mix up ingredients together
Fill jars halfway with the banana mix
Bake 45 - 60 min
Test for done
Wipe lids with vinegar
Quickly put lids and rims on
Lay towel on top of jars to seal
Label with date
