Why we don'tt colorize B&W video -- WSG Jerry Garcia

This is stupid.

Ohhh ahh it looks "right" like 3 out of every 20 seconds!

Please do not ask us to colorize videos, the black and white videos look amazing as-is.. If we get to a point whre colorization is ACCURATE, we might do it, but not as long as it ruins videos like this

Try to enjoy the music because the video SUCKS :D

This page 100% depends on the generosity of others to continue the work that is being done here to restore and remaster all existing video sources (we even do new transfers on a lot of stuff and uncirculated stuff these days). The postproduction work takes a lot of time, a lot of specialized equipment and software, eats up a ton of money in overhead, continuously increasing storage demands, and a high-speed fiber connection is on the way.
