Don't Let Them Get You Down by Philip Fracassi is the best book from a fantastic author. Here's my book review.

I give it FIVE STARS

What it's about:
A guy named Peter. He's a young widower fighting major depression. Struggling to get back to an acceptable version of normal.

What it felt like:
A panic attack and a nightmare and a cleansing release.

Why I give it FIVE STARS:
It's as beautiful as it is dark. Much more literary than Fracassi's other work, and a deeper dive into the struggles some of us face.
