Are these Bradleys being sent to Ukraine?

I don't think these Bradleys are being sent to Ukraine because it looks like they have the Commander's CIV thermal viewer/laser, which indicates an M2A3 or M2A4 model Bradley. I believe that Ukraine is getting the M2A2 ODS or M2A2 ODS-SA model, which has no CIV. I also don't believe that Bradleys would travel through Bulgaria to get there.
