Abel Navarro was Shot by Jacksonville SWAT in this Dramatic Officer Involved Shooting.

The Jacksonville SWAT Team and the United States Marshals Service converged on a house on Rogero Road where 29-year-old Abel Navarro allegedly shot at officers during a standoff. Navarro was wanted on robbery and kidnapping charges and he was shot as he tried to escape.
