According to Mark McCandlish, the “Alien Reproduction Vehicle” or “ARV” is a simple 4-person spacecraft allegedly developed by the US government.

One of the many intriguing aspects of the ARV is its alleged use of a Tesla coil for propulsion. This would allow the spacecraft to hover and move “faster than light” using electrogravitics. The alleged propulsion combines the Biefeld-brown effect, the tesla coil, and a mercury vortex engine.

McCandlish claims that his friend Bob Sorenson had firsthand knowledge of the ARV and its capabilities, having reportedly seen three of these vehicles in operation at an Airshow in 1988.
