In this week’s show is the first show of 2023 and it has been a couple of weeks. We will be catching up with each other and the chat. Then we will be talking about the changes that have happened since the last show. And square away our "book club" situation.

We will end the show with picking the #sammichsaturday winner for the week. To enter a sandwich for #sammichsaturday, put a picture of a sandwich you had from prior Sunday to Saturday on Twitter using #sammichsaturday. Simple as that. We vote for the winner at the end of every show.
