Bases at the Barge 2015

The Bases Project has held its second Bases at the Barge, a one-day conference on April the 19th 2015. This was a preliminary to other Bases Project events coming up later in the year. This was held at Coronation Hall in Alton Barnes, Wiltshire; the heart of UFO and crop circle country. This is a HPANWO TV reportage of that event.
