Three Ducks Clean/Preen Themselves, One of Them is Loud Lucas

Three ducks clean themselves at the lake. One of them is Loud Lucas, which you've already met in our other videos. When ducks clean themselves it's called preening. They activate a preen gland which releases an oily substance all over their body. This oil acts as an insulator—or something that can keep them warm and, mostly, waterproof.
