00:00 Look for the submerged cave
03:22 Lower the water level

Guide the two Seelies in the cave to unlock the device.
- 04:11 Seelie 1: Seelie is one floor below the device.
- 05:36 Seelie 2: In the middle of the lake. Use the Four-Leaf Sigil to get to it.

07:03 Go to the cave below
07:56 Lower the water level further
- 08:49 Use the Dendrograna and make Charged Attacks at the Floating Dendro Puzzles to unseal the Dendro Monuments. Activate the three Dendro Monuments quickly to unlock the device.
