I can't stop jumping in Contra III: The Alien Wars Normal 4

Going back to non stop jumping in Contra III: The Alien Wars, I have currently completed this challenge on easy and now were starting the challenge on normal difficulty and will have the same rules that were specified in the easy challenge, stages 2 and 5 are going to be done 1 handed like last time

Rules
1. I must not stop jumping, Using a bomb, climbing walls/ceiling and on screen lag are the only allowed ways to stop jumping, jump button must still be pressed/held when doing these actions
2. Bombs can only be used if a stage section/boss can't be beaten deathless without using bombs
3. Save states - 3 Save states per level max and can only be used if
A. Stage section/boss relies heavily on RNG to clear it
B. Stage section/boss is physically straining my hands
C. Level section is easy and I can do it consistently but takes a long time to complete
4. I must completes the stage or save states without dying
