Note: In this video there is one statement that needs to be clarified. Leverage on 700,000 is not 1.4 million but 3.5 million assuming a 20% down payment.

The video makes reference to borrowing 700,000 and then using that money to purchase real estate assets using leverage. The leverage would be around 1:5 not 1:2.
