London System | Nice Endgame! But Not For Me :(

Okay, this game went pretty well, but mistakes were made. I found a great move, and then didn't follow up correctly. Then I had another chance, finding a great move that won a piece! And then didn't follow up correctly.

That means you have at least two chances to do better than me! The first one is when I give up my brilliant plan, on move 13. The second one is a little trickier to see (for me anyway) because now we're talking about endgame positional stuff. The question is what should I do with my knight after move 29?

Then I quickly bungle the endgame. I don't know what I was thinking.
