Drew Dolan has 20+ years' experience in real estate, with a focus on deal structure, debt, capital procurement, and management. He has raised over $500M and placed $1B in debt for real estate investments.

Currently, Drew is the Founder, Principal, and Fund Manager of DXD Capital, a self-storage fund that leverages data technology to make real estate investments that offer its investors outsized returns.

DXD Capital has raised $53M and invested $10.1M in self-storage properties in Las Vegas and Phoenix so far. They use a set of proprietary tools, which help them identify market opportunities, analyze pricing, determine existing supply, etc., in the self-storage space.

Before starting DXD Capital, Drew was the President of Titan Development, a real estate development and investment firm with $2.5B+ in real estate development, over $400M of assets under management, and 20M square feet of developed real estate.
