Puerto Rican Chicken Stew

Comforting chicken stew for cold or rainy days...
Ingredients:
1/1/2 lbs diced chicken, breast, drum sticks or chicken thighs
1/2 cup diced ham (leftover is perfect)
3 tbsp sofrito
1/2 can tomato sauce
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium potatoes, I used golden
1/2 cup green peas or gandules
1 tsp oregano
1 envelope sofrito
3 cup chicken stock
olive oil
Ninja pressure cooker 40 min on hi, quick release
