unlike most i dont give out 5 stars to everyone for just being there.
nor do i give 4 stars to everyone bc i follow the crowd.

4 star must have impact in a positive way
3 star did what they were suppose to. pass.
2 star unsatisfied needs improvement
1 star should be in jail or cloaed bankrupt

people standards are so low tbey buried the bar and anyone can walk over it.
