DOJ INVESTIGATING BIDEN OVER CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS & Trump's Response

The Department of Justice announced that it will be investigating President Joe Biden for possession of classified documents at a private office. These documents were apparently discovered on November 2, 2022 by Biden's personal lawyer. This information was only disclosed to the public on Monday night, January 9, 2023. These classified documents date back to when Biden was the Vice President of The United States under President Obama. These documents were found at the Biden Think Tank called the Penn Biden Center in Pennsylvania. The Presidential records act handles matters regarding the President and records that he has control over, and can declassify. The Federal records act handles matters of classified documents for federal employees. As Biden was not president, the Presidential Records act does not pertain to him, like it would for President Trump. I also review Trump's comments on the news with Biden.
