Solomon: Biden and Trump Must Be 'Treated the Same Way' on Handling of Classified Documents

TUCKER: will the FBI and the Department of Justice treat both cases the same? The Hillary Clinton case has come and gone. I would have liked to have seen her held responsible. That’s not going to happen. John, what are your sources telling you?

SOLOMON: First are there more documents like this. If Joe Biden could bring these to an insure location. Maybe we don’t know all of the documents in his possession — insecure. The Department of Justice will try to determine if other people have possession of similar documents. What is the intention? That’s why we have the U.S. Attorney in northern Illinois taking a look at that. And Congress will get involved. I talked to James Comey. He said we will look at this. We want to find out what is going on. Congress will keep a close eye to make sure that Trump and Biden are treated the same way with this same issue.
