Klipper MCU intermittent connection error with SKR Pico Bad solder connection causing power problems

Lately I've been replacing allot of bad BigTreeTech 3D printer boards. Not sure what's up with the quality. My SKR Pico board would randomly crash. once I got heater bed error and another a tmcuart_respnce error. The problem was bad power in solder joints from the factory. These are called cold solder joints. The solder did not get hot enough to thoroughly fuse the parts.
