CALGARY REFUSES TO PLOW SNOW ON MOST RESIDENTIAL STREETS - SEE HOW DEEP THE SNOW AND ICE ARE

Canada's most amazing man, Kevin j. Johnston shows you all the end result of the City of Calgary refusing to plow roads. It's been snowing for two and a half months in this town and they simply let the snow pile up. Once in a while, they'll throw some sand on it. What you see here are tire tracks that have cut grooves into over 6 in of ice and snow.

Some vehicles that are driving in these tracks are scraping the bottoms of their cars because the ice is so high. When we call the City of Calgary they say they simply do not have the budget for All neighborhoods. What exactly does $5,000 a year in property tax buy you in Calgary anyway?
