Unturned Gameplay - Starting my journey in PEI - Died in the wheat fields

Unturned v3.22.21.0 is available on Steam.
Started an offline map in PEI. Normal Difficulty.
I woke up at a beach with a few zombies and an unlocked car nearby. I drove the car to the closest house. Sneaked around and looted what I could find. Learned to salvage and repair items; Pretty straightforward. Tested fighting zombies and they are tough even at this level. I wasn't careful enough walking into the wheat fields as there were zombies in there too (Should have known...) Pretty fun so far and lots more to learn.
