Everyone tells you that insurance will protect you? But does it? The math says anything but that. Math and logic say that insurance has to carry with it incredible amounts of risk. Market pressures exacerbate this to an incredible degree. Is the entire concept of insurance being a valuable tool just one of those things that society pushes because it is good for the whole, but bad for the individual?
