155: House Speaker & Minions' Middle Finger to GOP

As expected, House Speaker Dade Phelan and State Rep. Charle Geren block every effort by Conservative Representatives Bryan Slaton & Tony Tenderholt to follow through on the fifth of just eight Party platform planks that Texas Republican Delegates voted in June to set as this session's legislative priorities.
