After more than 1 year of HNK corresponding with Greater Manchester Police and their legal department. We have come to a point where GMP is failing to respond to legal letters.

So we have been left with no other option but to file court proceedings against Stephen Watson ( Cheif Constable )

I am claiming damages for
False Arrest/Imprisonment
Assault and Battery
Trespass to person
