Courage is not a lack a fear | teach this to men

If someone tells you they’re never scared, they’re either lying or they have a psychological problem. Fear is normal, it keeps us safe when we need to survive and can be a create motivator.

If you want to accomplish great things, things that require balls, audacity, facing the unknown you’ll need courage. When that time comes and you’re hesitating.

Remember that even Georges St-Pierre when he was world champion, was throwing up before every fight because he was so scared. Yet every time he faced his fears and walked to that octagon.

Fighters are some of the most courageous individuals on the planet and if they get scared, isn’t normal that you are too?
