PayPal's terms change is problematic. It is representative of the type of government-private partnership and corruption that the twitter files exposed. It is also a preview of what a social credit system would look like in America. Social policies by the ruling elite enforced by a cooperation between businesses and government bodies with the purpose of circumventing your rights and erasing your individuality.
