Learn how to take constructive criticism

As a man, you need to be able to take constructive criticism. Not criticism, constructive criticism! There’s a difference.

Everyone has an opinion about everything nowadays, but that doesn’t mean they know WTF they’re talking about. Most of time they have no clue. These people you have to ignore because their opinion has no value, it’s just background noise.

But if you’re smart, you have successful people around you that want you to get better. They want what’s best for you. This means they will be giving it to you straight. No bullshit, no sugar coating., beautiful needed reality check!

Learn to listen to recognize and listen tp these people. Sure It sucks to be told you have a long way to go or that you’re doing something wrong but how else are you supposed to get better?

I will take constructive criticism any day over bullshit flattery. This is why I don’t keep cheerleaders around me to tell me how great I am. These people never have the balls to say what needs to be said. I suggest you do the same!
