Always be ready to walk away!

People, especially employers will take advantage of you. Have you ever wondered how long they would take to replace you if something would ever happen to you?

Don't lie to yourself, most employers think of their employees as a number in a spreadsheet. I'm not being pessimistic, it's a fact and it's ok!

Just know that this is the case when you put your work before your values, your own wellbeing. It's just not worth it. Working for someone is an exchange of time for money, so ask yourself if it's worth it? What is your time worth?

Real power is knowing your worth. Real power comes when you are ready to walk away from any given situation before you're more important!
