Rumor has it there is a High Speed Rail System with Trains exceeding 1,000 miles per hour in an underground location in the heart of Midtown Manhattan next to the 18th Precinct. There is a second location near 34th Street in Penn Station. There is a third station near the World Trade Center near the New Jersey Path Train.
