"No Filming!" Says HMP Officer Who's Smoking!

So right next to Belmarsh High Security prison is this place HMP Thameside.
After visiting Belmarsh (videos on the channel FREE JULIAN ASSANGE!) i walked on & stumbled upon this place - HMP Thameside - a Cat. B Prison labelled ISIS ?
The Video is simply of a circuit of the perimeter with a bit of banter from some officers.
