BEING REJECTED FOR THE SAKE OF CHRIST

How have you responded when you experienced exclusion?

What makes rejection so hard?

These questions really got to me my friends, because I've experienced rejection, ostracization, and made to feel like a pariah in more ways than one. Just a couple years ago, certain members of my family want nothing to do with my husband and I, because we chose to get vaccinated, and we are against Q/QANON. I have seen such divisiveness, pettiness, and outright nastiness over these two issues, especially within my church, that it's really been depressing at times. But when I read this passage of scripture, and see how Paul it's so earnest to see his people come to know Christ, but he's willing to take that rejection from his own people, so that they can come to know the Messiah like he does, I'm not afraid to face the things that I'm facing with my family right now.

That's why my friends, I'd like to share some things that God put on my heart concerning this morning's passage of scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. It's something I pray that will encourage you if you are going through something similar, whether it's through your family, work, or elsewhere, to stay true to Christ, and not be afraid of what the world will do to you. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to reach out to all those who are suffering from rejection, ostracization, exclusion, and whatever opposition that you are facing, from either family, friends, or your job, and let you know, that you are not in it alone. I pray that you will stay true to Christ no matter what pressure you were put under to be like the world, and that you will never stop sharing the truth of Jesus with those around you.

I pray that if you do know Christ, that you will never be afraid to, or intimidated from into speaking and living the name of Jesus always in your life. That God will give you boldness to speak and live his name whether it's with your family, on the job, or and any important situation, so that you can be His witness to this lost and dying world.
