"IF I HAVE TO ARREST YOU TO ID YOU I WILL!!!" | ILLEGAL DETAINMENT

This was on Thursday January 12th 2022 at approximately 1425, outside of the Milton police department, in Milton Massachusetts. As I approached the police station I noticed it looked much different on the outside from Google maps. So I decided to walk the perimeter of the fencing. Although there were no signs in fencing around the left side of the building I stopped 15 to 20 feet from the fence line. I was then confronted by sergeant Coska, officer Binda and officer Peterson. I was told by Costco to come back passed the French line into the back parking lot. This is where she was also trying to tell me not to go and I was going to be arrested for trust passing.

They eventually come out towards me while threatening me with arrest for tres passing to try to identify me. They had said I was detained as soon as I made contact with them. I complied with the unlawful orders to avoid interest. I then went live and was able to go back in the building and speak to a lieutenant.
