This is the hardest 5K training day of my life. 5K in the morning and 6 x 1K PM

The 5K was a bit slower than 10K pace, but because of the wind it is probably closer to 10K effort. The evening was originally meant to be at 5K pace, but due to the wind again and the harder efforts, It wasn't really any specific pace.
