Goodbye ATF

The ATF will be disintegrated when I'm President. It will become a new agency focused only on arson and explosives. No badges, no guns, no law enforcement activity, no law enforcement powers. It will go from about 5,150 employees down to 250. We can terminate or retire the excess staff. At a minimum we will save $1B per year. This is a long time coming. This agency creates distrust in government.
