VPN for Hosting

Whenever you're talking or you hear people talk about, oh, I would never use WordPress because of all the security issues on it. Those are people that have experienced shared hosting. And I agree. Don't do it.

I there is a much more expensive part of flavor of hosting, which would be called a dedicated server. Or your own virtual private server VPN. And that is way more than any of my clients anyway need. It costs hundreds a month.
Is it secure? Yes. However, unless you are a server programmer, you're going to have to hire a server programmer to keep it secure. That is why when I had my VPN, I had it for one year and then I was done. Because it actually cost me more money than it brought me in because I had to hire a server programmer to go in and fill the holes or patch the holes created by all of these nefarious people out there that think it's fun to hack into things.
