MO State Rep Mazzie Boyd (R) Speaking on the Rules of the House, HR 11

Rep Mazzie Boyd (R) was the ONLY House republican to offer an amendment that would have worked to spread power more equally among the members. Arguably, it would have been a minute change but the republicans were not willing to do even that.

We are thankful Rep. Boyd had the cajones to stand up and make an official move which is something none of the rest of them would do.
