Popeye and Bluto are running for president; it's election day, the vote is tied, and Olive is the only remaining voter.
Plot: This episode revolves around Popeye (Spinach Party) and Bluto (Blutocratic Party) in a presidential election. The election ends up being a tie with only one outstanding vote. That person is Olive Oyl, whose vote will decide the election winner. Both Popeye and Bluto race to Olive Oyl and try to get her vote. They have to help her do chores at her farm, with Popeye outdoing Bluto at every turn, until the latter leaves the sailor candidate trapped. However, Popeye eats some nearby spinach sprouts in order to get free in time to stop Olive's forced vote, and win the election.
