I didn't get a good night of sleep in, unfortunately, and was feeling pretty tired, and not feeling all that energetic or strong. Plus, my right bicep had been bugging me a bit, during my warm ups, after flubbing a re-rack on squats earlier, lol; which is why I put on some elbow sleeves to help alleviate the aggravation. So I was expecting today's session to be a bit difficult. However, at the moment of truth, this actually went fairly well! I think it may have went maybe just a tad slower than last week, but I also did a bit longer of a pause. So all in all, I'm pretty happy with this!
