Jobava London System | Does My Knight Sacrifice Work? Guess the Eval!

Okay, put on your calculation hats and warm up your chess intuition. I played the Jobava London and got a decent position, although tbh I need to review what to do in the Jobava when your opponent stops your attack... leave a comment with suggestions, either moves, model games, or links to good videos!

Anyway, we get a complicated position with lots of opportunity and I spot what looks like a good knight sacrifice. Is my calculation correct? See if you can guess the eval of the resulting position (and let me know how you came up with that guess, my own evaluation was way off). We'll see the answer in Game Review.
