David Freezing In The Rain

As you probably already know California's been getting pounded that last couple of weeks with rain and flooding. It's been a very cold rain, with the raindrops having a temperature 10-15 degrees cooler than the ambient temperature.
When you're living on the streets and your clothes get wet there's no getting warm.
