U.S. Representative Matt Cartwright (D-Penn.) is now trying to make the argument that our strategy has to change, even though what they are doing is already illegal.

Later, he suggest this is the fault of staffers and not the Presidents Trump or Biden AND we should leave politics out of this.

What a (D)ifference in tone, wonder why?
