COUNTRY CRAB SOUP

We make healthy country crab soup with our village style. We catch all crabs in our agricultural land and we use these mud crabs to make a soup.

We use traditional mud pots to cook this crab soup recipe to enhance the taste, smell, and keep the medical benefit of the crab soup.

In our village, we use vayal nandu rasam as medicine for cold, fever, and some pain diseases.

Finally, we enjoy the hot healthy soup on a rainy evening. The feeling is awesome.
