ATF Has Redefined Short Barrel Rifles to Now Include Pistols with Wrist Stabilizing Braces 🤡🌎

The Biden Administration and ATF have just redefined what a short barrel rifle is so it now includes pistols with wrist stabilizing braces. The reason they did this is so they could go after them and turn law abiding Americans into criminals using the National Firearms Act. But there is a couple of problems with their doing this though.

For starters, only Congress has the power to define the types of firearms, or add and remove them, from the National Firearms Act. From there, as a result of the Bruen decision, SCOTUS has basically eviscerated the NFA because it is in contradiction with it.
