Jeff Foster talks about how our mind has this chattering and noises a lot of the time; and how people try to silence them, or numb themselves to just stop the mind for a while. Jeff talks about seeing the thoughts that appear as just sounds, impersonal sounds that are just there; when we are not thinking and then suddenly these "failure" thoughts come up, are just like birds, you are not your thoughts.
What about just seeing those arising thoughts as sounds, accept them and dont push them away. The title of this video is sarcasm, since as you probably know, the mind never stops.
Remember as well that you can think consciously, everything is ego.
