Dima Watermelon is a professional, funny person from the outskirts of Chornobyl. His unique comedic style is a mix of absurdism, social commentary and some allegedly inappropriate jokes.
Being naturally funny, it took Dima many years to realize that other people might enjoy his humour as well. Since then, Dima became a regular stand up comedian in Berlin. He also performs in London, Johannesburg, Copenhagen and Kyiv. His most recent venture is Midweek Crisis, a weekly self-produced hit open mic comedy show.

Dima Watermelon ist ein professioneller, witziger Mensch aus den Außenbezirken von Tschernobyl. Sein einzigartiger komödiantischer Stil ist eine Mischung aus Absurdität, sozialen Aspekten und einigen vermeintlich unpassenden Witzen.
Da Dima von Natur aus witzig ist, brauchte er viele Jahre, um zu erkennen, dass auch andere Menschen seinen Humor genießen können. Seitdem tritt Dima regelmäßig als Stand-up-Comedian in Berlin auf. Er tritt auch in London, Johannesburg, Kopenhagen und Kiew auf. Sein neuestes Projekt ist Midweek Crisis, eine wöchentlich stattfindende, selbst produzierte Open-Mic-Comedy-Show.
