THRESHOLD WORKOUT AT ALTITUDE
This video is a threshold workout at altitude in a popular training camp destination of Font Romeu. It is 6000 feet above sea level. And for anyone who doesn't know training at altitude makes it harder due to lower oxygen concentration.
This workout features Darragh McElihinney who is a multiple Irish record holder in middle distance running, as well as the European u23 Cross Country silver medalist, behind Stanford Athletes Charles Hicks.
