Fastest running method in Minecraft❓❓❓

Today we are testing which method of running is the fastest in Minecraft??? The three methods being tested is between block jumping, jump sprinting and sprinting and we'll see which one is the fastest. This doesn't include spam block jumping, jumping and bumping your head and speed potions. Furthermore, we all know sprinting with a speed potion is a lot better than jumping, while doing it. RIGHT??? Also, jumping and bumping your head should be the fastest, if I'm not wrong. FASTEST RUNNING METHOD IN MINECRAFT BOYS AND GALS!!!
